Funtastic Cafe is located in Tamarac, Florida. Recently, a Summer camp for children who have special needs took a group there for what was, essentially, a field trip. Things did not go as planned. The owner says the kids were unsupervised. Others say that the owner treated the children from the camp in a way that wasn’t professional or appropriate. What happened?
