Ready to do some spring cleaning? Here is a round up of tips and tricks that you can use to make everything tidy in no time.

Heel marks from rubber soled shoes can easily be removed by using a pencil eraser or an art gum eraser. The same trick works well for walls, too.

Use a garden hose to rinse the outside of your house, removing cobwebs and dirt. You can also purchase cleaner that is made specifically to attach to a hose and be used for outside cleaning.

An easy way to dust your blinds is by using a rule. Wrap a dusting cloth or rag around the rule. Spray some dusting spray on the cloth. Then use the ruler to dust by running the flat end across each slat.

If your mirrors have a dull haze, remove it by using rubbing alcohol.

Shine dull walls in the bathroom with a mixture of vinegar and water. Buff with a dry cloth.

White vinegar is the secret to sparkling shower doors. Rub it on or apply it in a spray bottle.

If your white porcelain sink needs some sprucing up, place paper towels in the bottom of the sink. Make sure that the paper towels cover the entire bottom and sides. Saturate the towels with bleach and allow them to sit there overnight. Then in the morning, rinse. This trick won't work for colored sinks.

Did you know that you can use car wax to wax larger appliances? This makes them look like new, shining them up and removing the appearance of scratches.

To remove wax on hard surfaces, place a brown paper bag over the wax and then iron gently with your iron on a low setting. The wax will melt and get absorbed into the paper bag.
