The plants will help to fill out an empty counter space and increase the homey feeling. It is also important to help keep the air fresh.

Wall space When decorating the wall space in your kitchen, keep in mind that your wall space can not only look nice, but it can also be functional. Including pothooks, for example, will help you to maximize storage space. A nice pot rack will help to make your kitchen look more comfortable, especially if you have nice pots like copper pots.

Many families find that they use their kitchens as a modern living room. Children and parents gather around the kitchen table for a meal and conversation. Therefore, a family calendar, phone and contact information is usually handy in any kitchen. Consider separating part of your wall and countertop space for a small office or communication center.
